Leasing questions
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes. Suites are delivered as a clean, furnished shell — treatment lighting, sink and power are in. You bring your bed, devices and supplies.
Do I have to use La Vie’s booking system?
No. You run your own booking, payments and marketing under your own brand.
Will La Vie refer clients to me?
We don’t promise referrals, but when a patient needs a service we don’t offer, we’re happy to point them to tenants in the building.
Is there a non-compete?
We ask that tenants don’t actively solicit La Vie patients. Otherwise you can offer any service your license covers.
What hours is reception staffed?
Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–6pm. Outside those hours you greet your own clients using your key fob.
Can I customize the suite?
Paint, art and furniture are yours to choose. Structural changes need written approval first.
